Social Events

Would you like to organize your social event during WTDC 2025? ITU Administrations and other eligible organizations are welcome to book dedicated spaces within the Baku Convention Center or in nearby venues to host breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheon and evening receptions during the official conference period.

This is a great opportunity to engage your audience in a high-profile setting and align your initiative with the global WTDC 2025 community.

Social Event Planning Resources

Winter Garden C and D, located within the Baku Convention Center, serve as the primary on-site venues designated for hosting official WTDC-25 social events. The layout document provides detailed configurations, capacities, and setup options for organizing breakfasts, luncheons, receptions, and other gatherings.

To offer greater flexibility, a curated selection of nearby hotel venues is also available for hosting social events. The brochure includes comprehensive information on ballroom capacities, catering packages, technical equipment, and entertainment services to support high-quality event planning.
