Visa Free of Charge for Registered WTDC-25 Participants

The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan will provide a special visa, free of charge, for participants registered for the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025 (WTDC-25) through the ITU Online Registration System.

This initiative reflects Azerbaijan’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all delegates attending the global conference, which will take place in Baku in November 2025. The visa can be obtained either electronically via a dedicated system based on the “ASAN Visa” platform or through Azerbaijan’s diplomatic missions and consulates abroad.
